Available day and night you don't even have to call anymore, you can just text and they'll link you to a live person to text with who is compassionate and understanding. Even if you're not suicidal and you're just needing someone to talk to, they are open and kind and will remind you that you're not alone<3

This app you have to be a little careful at. It links you with people around the world willing to talk to you on the spot about anything and everything. It's FREE but they have a paid service that can connect you with a certified therapist. Talking to regular people is free. However, sometimes I'll get connected with a kind person, and it really helps to have them listen and talk with you, sometimes I'll get connected with a guy trying to get my info. So just never give your personal info out and if you get connected with someone you don't like, end the chat and find someone else:)

This is the PETA app. I know it helps me to think that I can make a difference even when pain keeps me in bed all day. With this app you can send letters urging companies to stop torturing animals with the click of a button. And they update you on cases that they win so you can feel that sense of accomplishment. You can still make a difference even when you're bed bound<3

This is the LMAO app. It's not free but it's so worth it. It tells joke after joke so when you're down you can take a little mental break and refocus on something funny and lighthearted.

This is not a free app but in my book it's worth it. It will send you positive affirmation reminders all day long, or you can just go into the app and scroll up and read affirmation after affirmation to help you shift your mindset.

This is another app that isn't free but it gives you fact after fact of fascinating info that is nice to kind of just relax and look at your phone while learning about the world. It's another mood shifter for me and I've found it helps with anxiety or repetitive thoughts<3
